Baltepe Castle
Baltepe Castle is one of the most important historical sites in Balkans. It is a fortress with 9 towers and two monumental gates. The construction begins in 1796 and finishes in 1831 by Abdurrahman Pasha. The Castle is located on the hill of Baltepe. The fortress was built with a guest house, a dungeon, a kitchen, a dining hall, and a fountain. Baltepe Castle was damaged by various wars but partially restored.
Baltepe Familiy
Baltepe Family tracks it roots back to 17th century in Balkans. In 1930's family was moved to Old town of Istanbul. Started various businesses. Artisanship and trading goods were the main occupation until 1970's.

1970's in historical grandbazar jewelry business also started. Main focus was mainly diamond.

Due to changing era and the necessity of current realm In 2010's food related research and developent was started. This yielded many new solutions and first its kind products. The effort contributed into creating Vegan/Plant-Based market in Turkey.
